This item comes from China and they don't tell you that when you order. Only half the people who order them get them, check out Better Business Bureau website. I am one of the people who never received mine. I have contacted customer support 4 times by email and once by phone. I have never been contacted back or gotten ahold of anyone. There isn't actually a customer service department. Mine was ordered on 9/07/23. The website guarantees delivery within 4-10 business days. They even throw in things like insured and tracked shipping. What good does that do you if there isn't actually anybody to contact when your package never arrives? My tracking says my order is in Chicago and has been there since 9/13/23. I am in the process of verifying a physical person or business llc that I can sue to get my money back. It now is all about principle. I think they thrive on the people who just give up on trying to get their $66 - $100 or more dollars back. I am going to make sure I get my money back. It is a total scam.
