We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We currently do not provide you with return shipping labels.
To start a return, contact us at support@infinity-hoop.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that you will need to send your product back in its original packaging. Items not returned in its original package will be subject to a partial refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can request a refund for order cancellation within the first 24 hours after an order is placed, if more than 24 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel your order and issue a refund.
We do not allow returns due to the box being damaged. We, at Infinity Hoop, are not able to control how your package is cared for during transit.
We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. Our Shipping information is provided on the product page, shipping FAQ page, and once your product is ordered. Shipping takes between 2-4 weeks and these times can change depending on inventory or shipping delays. If you do not wish to keep the item once you have received it, you may return it for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation request is received or your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Most banks take between 2-4 business days to complete the refund process and release the amount to your statement. Please contact us at support@infinity-hoop.com and request your Authorization Number and provide this number to your bank if the timeframe has been exceeded since your request and your amount is still not reflected on your bank statement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not accepting refunds if your order has not arrived and is still in the quoted deliver time + processing time. We expect that you read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Once you place an order we must process it, pack it, stamp it then deliver it to the shipping company. This process takes 1- 4 business days depending on the amount of orders placed the same day as yours.
Once your order has reached the shipping company it will take the follow time frame to be delivered to you.
USA & Canada: 7-21 Days
Australia: 7 - 21 days
New Zealand: 8 - 21 days.
Europe: 9 - 21 days
Latin America: 10 - 25 days
Other countries: 12 - 30 days
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order's tracking number shows it was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
